We chose Romans as the letting agent for our property because of their good reviews. HOWEVER, in reality, even although we are paying for their Premium service, they are causing us many problems, usually initiated by them. There seems to be a constant turnover of staff so we are passed from person to person. Many emails have gone unanswered, including those to management, and when we have telephoned to finally get things sorted, we have been promised return calls which usually didn't happen. Exceptionally poor service throughout, including very unprofessional exit service. Did not correspond with the landlord or refer accurately to the inventory - charging £200 a day cleaning fee for the house which was left in the same condition as found.
