Our former home was well photographed and marketed. We had not moved for 40 years and the process was new to us. We were not pushed into anything and generally sound advice was given. Our sale went through at a price we were happy with, when many others were failing in a difficult period, that was probably testamony to the property and to Bell Watson's efforts. The process of moving is horrendous and needs reform nationally but Bell Watson and our local solicitors, both long established local practices got us through.... Read more
