Ross Trowbridge of the Woking Bournes office has been amazing! We bought our property through Bournes and Ross has dealt with us right from the start with viewing the property.

If you are thinking of giving your property on rent through them.. AVOID.. there property management team is misleading and try to rip you off. When there was damage in the property, they said that there will be £250 admin fee to access the deposit which is not a legal thing. We gave the property professionally cleaned but didn’t get it back the same way and as per them it wasn’t needed if cleaned upto some standard, the oven was all oily and the property wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was a fault in hob which was because of tenants cleaning process and just needed drying up but they charged us for engineer visit and it was a nightmare to convince the agent to charge the tenants for their inappropriate use. Had a terrible experience.

Friendly staff, always offer clear, concise instructions and answers when required. Go the extra mile to help when you need. No double glazing salesmen type tactics or wheeler dealer salesmen. I am a long term renter so have dealt with may agents over the years. Bourne have been one of the best I have dealt with.

Whilst looking to sell my property in Horsell we approached the normal go to village estate agent and also gave Bourne the opportunity to pitch for handling the sale. The contrast in knowledge of the market and actual interest in selling the property was chalk and cheese. Bourne demonstrated knowledge, shared a sales strategy that was well thought out and had the hunger to successfully make the sale. The other was complacent and expected to be appointed. Unsurprisingly, Bourne were appointed and went on to successfully execute the sales strategy achieving a sale price we were very happy with. All the team were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.
