Boydens is one of the best estate agent in Colchester. Based on my experience, they helped me through my journey of renting. They respond quickly to any question and they are so cooperative and patience.They care about details including decorations, fixations, renewing before the customer recieve the proberty. Also, they show their hospitality when recieving the key which was something I didn't expect. I like it so much????. They really care about their customers and I recommend them to anyone intersted in lettings.

I went via right move to show interest in a property and normally with other estate agents by the time u clicked submit they're calling for your details but nothing. I rang twice on Monday and seems they were so busy they couldn't call back, rang again the next day to be told the house was no longer for sale. They haven't even shown an interest in gathering info on what I'd like. After the little interest shown in me, I wouldn't use the company to sell a property. Regardless of whether a sale maybe going through customer service is very important.
I do however want to thank boydens for contacting below and apologising.

Boydens have been absolutely brilliant from the very first contact I had with them all the way through to now months renting with them.
Every member of the team is so friendly, professional and genuine, and they made what can be such a daunting process really smooth and exciting. They were especially patient when I had so many questions and went the extra mile to show me different rental options!
They are very quick and efficient when responding to issues and always happy to give helpful advice. The biggest difference I noticed from other estate agents is how down to earth their communication is, yet always very polite and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend! ????
