Such a friendly agents. Not only are the workers professional and polite but they are really kind, fun and understanding people. Whilst viewing properties I encountered many estate agents and I have to say I was immediately impressed with Robert's (from Brown's) professionalism and knowledge. Once I put an offer in and through to completion Robert really went above and beyond, guiding me through which turned out to be a difficult buying process. He was always available to speak to me and help me, I was especially grateful for this as I was a first time buyer. I felt listened too and that I was in safe hands. I would highly recommend Brown's to any of my friends or family who are looking to sell and I will personally be using them in future sales.

I recently sold my property in Bushey with Browns Residential in 17 weeks and the whole process was seamless from start to finish! Browns really are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agents. Robert was my one point of contact, he has a great knowledge of the market, is very professional, transparent and personable. Throughout the selling process, Robert kept me up to date on everything, was proactive and followed up when he said he would and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected from an Estate Agent. Absolute delight to work with. To be honest, having worked with a few estate agents in the past, Browns put them all to shame.
Browns were friendly, engaging and passionate, they also have a relatively unique proposition that marks them apart from every other estate agent I spoke with. Not to mention they were also able to sell my property quickly and pretty much hassle free.
Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
