Tried to rent a place with them, on meeting everything was splendid, polite and informative. However, I was transferred to another agent, this is where things gone sideways. I tried to provide documents through messages, did not get a message back, waited many days and called everyday to remind them to check email/massage, there was no replies after ~week, then i phoned in again for many times and the person told me It was rented out with an extremely rude tone and rushed to hang up. Since the matter is urgent for me and I’ve already booked in for the apartment, no message or answering of calls and renting it out after a week of irresponsiveness, they are called an agency?
