So my partner is currently 25 weeks pregnant and we had to find a house for us and our 2 dogs, everyone knows that’s not easy to find , Challenge house got us in a viewing for a property and we applied , and within 2 days they came back to us and offered the property A big thank you to Kat , Sarah , Lisa , and the rest of the staff , who helped us with our application and made things easy for us The staff are amazing and polite even when I was impatient and rang them 7 times a day ???? The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Thank goodness I didn't get the house. They don't email you important information, don't tell you if you have not been successful, don't call you back, don't have a clue about they're supposed to be doing. in the end the house was an absolute dump. Avoid at all costs!!! I was renting here for 4 years. Flat was riddled with damp and mould which was reported on many occasions and nothing ever done. Boiler would leak water through the ceiling and down near the electrical box. When it rained. The roof would leak. At this time I was 6 months pregnant!! And ended up having a stillborn daughter. Which wasn't helped by the conditions I lived in!. Me and my mother are still paying £3500 for some kitchen cupboards and a peice of carpet. I rang up to gain permission to paint the kitchen cubpaord doors. Which I got a yes. And yet I'm being charged for this! As they had no recollection because staff leave ASAP. I'm sure kitchen cupboards don't cost £3500 especially when their was only 2.... Read more

Absolutely gutted. I was looking at a commercial property, after being messed around on the first viewing because we got there and Kat didnt have rhe right key, we finally got in, a week later after others had seen it before us because of the first mess up. We had a few questions but was incredibly keen and Kat knew that. Whilst waiting on them answering our questions and being put off for days in a row, they've accepted another offer, despite Kat telling me that they like to get a few offers then send them to the landlord. Bit of favouritism maybe? If you'd have been to check what I asked about the property when you said you were, we would have had our application in first, you knew we were planning on applying. I did wonder if anyone would apply before us but thought they would let us know if someone did as it was their fault we have had delay after delay. Could have given me a heads up Kat instead of putting me off for nearly a week, you knew how interested we were, we would have been very long term tenants and the property would have been repaired to a high standard. Its all very unprofessional and probably a god send for us really, if this is how they manage the applications, I'd hate to think how they manage the lettings.... Read more
