Would not recommend this. My flatmates and I had the worst experience as (international students) tenants. They wouldn't return our calls and emails even in some emergency cases and rarely solved the tenants' issues. Maintenance was weak as well. It was last year but I'm still having nightmares about it, it cased us so much stress and anxiety. I hope I never have to use their service again.

Our first experience with Christopher Nevill Estate Agents has been positive.. The speed and efficiency of booking viewings and providing feedback has been a delight.
Nikunj Upadhye, Weekend Sales Assistant who my Husband and I met this weekend was a delight. Nikunj greeted us friendly, cheerfully and was knowledgeable and forthcoming with relevant information when asked about certain aspects of the properties we viewed, so much so that we placed offers on both properties that we viewed same day, but unfortunately for us were not successful.
Great service, great staff, quick response times. We would recommend other clients to use their services. Thanks Guys. Sandra & Tony

Worst agency in my experience, avoid them at all costs. Gubs Banger tried to raise the rent before we moved in even though the agreement was already signed. He didn't even bother to check that we and the landlord signed it. When it became clear to him that there was already a biding agreement , he did not apologize. My contract was for a fixed period of 1 year, which changed to a rolling contract. When the 1 year was up, they tried to force me to sign another year. David Tuffin harassed me every day by email until I wrote that I would take legal action. When I moved out and asked when I would get the deposit back, they didn't answer until they saw that I was also writing to the landlord. They didn't organize the time for handing over the apartment either, only at the last moment when I gave them an ultimatum. Absolutely unorganized amateurs, I recommend you to avoid them.

We recently let our property via Christopher Nevill. The service provided was very professional. Both Courtny and Gubs supported us well through the process of getting tenant in place. All our queries were answered very promptly right from the start when we inquired about letting service with David. We would recommend Christopher Nevill service to any landlord.

I'm speaking out on behalf of my sister, who's had an absolute nightmare dealing with Christopher for her rental. The communication has been appalling, and they're making absurd demands on her. On top of that, their employee Jazz has been completely unhelpful and dismissive. Stay away from this agency if you value your sanity!

Don’t recommend it at all. Specially the property manager Jazz, rude and disrespectful. Stay away. They trick you and try to scare you. Thank god I saved myself from them. Don’t take any service from them or believe them. Fraud
