I thought that Church Robinson were very efficient with my purchase and I especially like the way they delegate someone to “chase up” everyone involved in the process on a regular basis.

The team @ Church Robinson have been fantastic and I couldn’t fault them. After listing with a different agent and having a sale fall through 24 hours before exchange, I was sceptical to say the least that estate agents can deliver on their sales pitch. How lucky was I that Holly had kept in touch regardless of the fact we were selling with someone else and when it fell through meeting with Holly and the team convinced me to change tact.
It was the best decision that I made, even this sale was not without its issues, but with great communication and a massive influence by the brilliant Dawn we finally got the sale over the line. Dawn should be wrapped in gold as I’m convinced without her it would never of happened, not due to Church but our chain. Dawn kept everyone on track and we can finally move on.

Top rate service. The house sale took a little while and the chain broke on one occasion but we got great support and the post sale agreement follow-up was outstanding. They chased up everything to get to exchange of contracts and even helped find another removal company at short notice when ours let us down. The team definitely “go the extra mile”! Constant contact from Gary and the team- they really keep you in the loop! Despite Church Robinson not being the people we were purchasing from, they held the chain together and after what was a complicated purchase, I feel we finally got there because of their hard work and organisation.
This is the second property they have sold for us and both experiences have been smooth, with staff being super friendly and supportive.

Disappointing that this estate agent continues to hassle me for business even though we decide to market our house with a different agent, be warned that if decide not to use Church Robinson their agents will keep hassling you to go to them.
Very unprofessional IMHO.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Church Robinson,totally blew all the myths about estate agents out of the water! The biggest positive was the friendliness and the personal service and the willingness to go the extra mile . I would recommend them to anyone (and have indeed already done so) and hope that they continue to thrive .

Church Robinson has now sold two of our family homes. We recently marketed the second of these houses and, yet again, they didn't disappoint. From our first meeting with Holly we knew there was no need to obtain comparative quotes and Dawn/Katrina kept us up to speed with developments/managed the administration so every detail was recorded and agreed. The whole team assisted to ensure any queries or concerns were dealt with promptly and worked hard to ensure our move was as pain free as possible. We thoroughly recommend their first class service and attention to detail.
