Very great staff update with product knowledge
Sarah always there to help people even it’s not part of her job. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients and if someone is stuck she will guide them with the right direction these guys have managed my property over 10 yrs have no regret one single day trust is there sometimes am slack but these quits will rectify everything and tell it’s all be done soo convenient and feasible as well .

I stupidly asked these people to manage my property.. 6 years later I have ended up almost £10000 out of pocket due to their incompetence and mismanagement. The owner certainly has the 'gift of the gab' but their communication and integrity is terrible and I would advise people to stay well clear of Crystal Properties and find a reputable agent instead.

I used to be a Tennant of theirs years ago.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Thieving robbing T@#T HE IS.
The owner changed my tenancy over to my ex without me knowing . The tenancy was in my name alone and I couldn't get any of my belongings or furniture..
ALSO TAKES THEM FOREVER TO SORT ANY REPAIRS OUT

They are very good at taking your money and not taking responsibilities after once the problems arise during the snagging list with the new build property of theirs.
