My house sale proved to be unexpectedly complicated & lengthy. Throughout the whole processes Curran & Pinner remained highly professional at all times & fully committed to completing the sale. They had to manage some difficult issues (none of which were their doing) and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The Shortlands team is a small team but this meant that every member of the team knew what was going on at each stage. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have ongoing powercuts, we have not changed one appliance since being in this property, we called on 5 occasions to try and get this ressolved, the last time we called we got charged by currian and pinner a callout fee because when the engineer arrived he couldn't find a fault and the power was back up and running. This morning we have again had a powercut but we don't want to call because they will charge us again! Rude and ignorant, poorly managed

If I could give no star at all I would. Piece of advice to everyone AVOID!
I rented a property with this agency for two and a half years and I couldn’t be more disappointed. Whenever I had an issue I had to chase up the landlady myself as it took them ages to resolve any property problems. The property manager was even worse as I haven’t dealt with such a rude person in my life before. It was only when it came to the end of the tenancy and they were about to lose money as I left earlier than the end of the tenancy that they started getting in touch with me… or even better harassing me, even though they knew I was pregnant and that I shouldn’t get upset. I am just glad I am done with these people!

Not professional. They cancel a viewing citing issues with access to property when the property has already been offered to someone and promise a viewing few days later. And when you chase them up for it they tell you what they have done. Taken for a ride. Wish i had read the reviews before.

Such a weird experience dealing with these estate agents. Enquired about viewing some properties to rent on a Monday, waited to hear and heard nothing til the Friday by which point they were fully booked that Saturday? Despite having enquired five days in advance, they couldn’t have fit me in? Having read the other reviews my suspicion is that they’re just listing properties to let that aren’t actually available to appear “busy” and “in demand” for prospective landlords… waste of time!
