Sarah and Stuart at Danehurst are second to none when it comes to selling your property. Excellent service and attention to detail, friendly, helpful advice at any time you need it. I just sold a house with them and it was a very complicated process but we got through it and they found the perfect couple to buy it. Would 100% recommend them.

Sarah, Stuart and the team at Danehurst are excellent. Danehurst's attention to detail, quality of photography/ video, clever and proactive marketing is exceptional. However, I believe what truly separates them from the big chains and other independents is the personalised, dedicated focus. Danehurst business model, enables them to invest the time necessary for each client. From initial photos/ videos, regularly updated & proactive marketing, matching the right buyers to the right property and then showing the property, the attention to detail is second to none. Whereas many agents do little more than escort buyers on viewings for 15/20 minutes, Sarah, engages the buyers fully and spends as much time as they need at the property, helping the buyer decide it is the right property for them. We had four viewings, each over an hour long, and received two separate offers in less than a week on the market. We had previously been on the market with another agent, on and off, for over a year. In my opinion the difference was the personalised dedication. Sarah was also exceptional at keeping in touch with buyer, seller and solicitors throughout the buying process. I thoroughly recommend Danehurst and they will be my agent of choice in the future.

The most incredible estate agents you've never heard of!! However, everyone I know now knows about them because you simply can't keep an outstanding experience to yourself ..... Danehurst doesn't work like the "normal" agents - they think outside the box - and from the very outset Sarah and Stuart created excitement about my property that was infectious even to me! They gave me renewed confidence in the property after I needed to downsize due to my husband's death and were, throughout, as helpful and professional as you could possibly wish for. I feel incredibly lucky they were on my team.

Sarah and Stuart of Danehurst Estate Agents, came very highly recommended through a friend, who had previously used their skills and abilities in selling property. Having been let down for many months by a previous agent who bought nothing but people waisting time : it was a breath of fresh air to have Danehurst take over the sale of the property.
With their knowledge and awareness of the location, wonderful enthusiasm, professionalism and expertise, they advertised and promoted the property as it deserved. Within just a few weeks the buyer had been found and the sale went through. I would highly recommend using Danehurst Estate Agency.

It’s refreshing to find an estate agency that actually take their time for you. We purchased a property via Danehurst. To say we had a few issues with the purchase are an understatement, but Stuart pulled out all the stops to help us finally exchange contracts today. Always available to talk and communicate with us. We 100% recommend Stuart and Sarah, such a professional company we would definitely use them in the future should we ever decide to move again.

After a year of searching for the perfect refurbishment project and being overlooked by other agencies, it was Sarah from Danehurst who made the difference. Her tenacity and dedication stood out as she regularly checked in on my search, ensuring that I never felt forgotten.
Eventually Sarah called me with a property that matched my specific requirements.
Upon viewing the property, I knew it was exactly what I had been searching for, eventually my offer was accepted. Throughout the legal process, which was fraught with its fair share of challenges, Sarah’s calm and informed presence was invaluable. Her knowledge extended beyond the typical bounds of estate agency, providing me with insights into the legal aspects of the transaction that was really reassuring.

Stuart Warnock at Danehurst has been amazing, I have always assumed that agents secure a buyer do a bit of paperwork and pocket a heavy fee. In this case the property was sold in the UK, I live in Australia. Stuart dealt with difficult relationships, with all the goods and chattels within the property, down to the utilities, I can’t speak highly enough about his kindness and professionalism. He more than earnt that fee. Thank you Stuart, I will always be greatful

Danehurst are undoubtedly the best Estate Agents I have used. Sarah understood the importance of the location of this property and made full use of digital technology to showcase these features. Danehurst’s requirement for potential viewers to have provided financial details meant that only serious buyers were able to view which then led to a full price sale within 18hours of being marketed.
We were kept fully informed of each and every stage by Sarah and Stuart, who also had excellent communications with the solicitors.
I have already recommended Danehurst to other vendors, and will continue to do so. An Estate Agent who truly supports their clients throughout the whole process - most definitely a service that goes above and beyond. Thank you!
