David and Co were brilliant from the beginning. David was knowledgable about the property and the sellers at the viewings. He responded quickly to emails. Both Davids picked up messages and returned calls promptly. They guided the process along without putting pressure on us or being pushy. Their personal approach is very different from the bigger estate agents we've interacted with.

Both Davids were professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer our queries, so we felt fully informed throughout the whole process. They were also very approachable and reassuring when there were bumps in the sale, which we much appreciated.

David and David are in my opinion , are the perfect estate agents. They have all the right skills to guide a sale through.
They are genuinely good people , with years of experience, doing their best for both sellers and buyers . I have been in both sides of the process with them ( as well as others) -and they are outstanding.
They get the job done better than others I have come across. No slime , all calm swans and genuinely helpful.
Just as effective as anyone else. But with a wholesome ,low stress experience. All process advice, queries , form confusions ! and assistance, were knowledgeably and thoroughly covered by them..
I couldn’t recommend anyone else I have come across , in anyway close David and David - & I have come across a fair few .
