Chloe from Dexters helped us throughout the process of buying our first property. I'll say it loudly—among all the people involved in this process, including the seller’s and buyer’s solicitors, she was the most proactive. She helped us chase down the sellers or their solicitors whenever needed. She also took her time with each viewing (we had three) and never made us feel rushed. Avoid. Bullying, pushy tactics and terrible communication. With zero documents signed or any written consent given they appointed themselves agents of our property after just a valuation and some phone calls, including placing a ‘For Sale’ sign without anyone’s knowledge! Our emails explicitly saying we were not making a decision on agents yet were ignored, they didn’t inform anyone they were placing the sign and denied that they acted unilaterally.
