Grant at Ewe Move has been nothing but exceptional from day one. He was in constant communication, responded to questions / emails quickly. He photographed and videoed my house beautifully and blocked out appointments for when was convenient for us. If you want to sell your house then he is your man!

I can’t applaud Matthew’s communication enough, I spotted the property on the Saturday morning, reached out and arranged to view after work Monday evening, Matthew was warm without being too involved. He met me and my daughter at the property and showed us round, the owners had left us to it and Matthew allowed us to explore the property, he was on hand for any questions I had. Matthew called the next morning for our feedback, I asked on how I could make an offer, his advise was just what I needed to hear and put forward my opening offer, a couple of offers were submitted on my behalf and by early afternoon we had an agreement. Matthew said leave it to me I’ll be back in touch in a few days, true to his word he reached out to me with the next steps etc etc. I was that impressed by how reassuring and trustworthy Matthew was I asked him to sell my property. He came to visit me at our then home, we had an honest discussion and he gave me a sensible valuation on the spot which is what I wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever, he said if we put yours on at that price, expecting a potential purchaser to offer a reasonable price then I think it will sell quickly. We had 3 people come to visit, within 2 weeks of my home being on the market it sold. We have been in our new property for about a month now, just finishing off the final bits of selling my old home but Matthew still reaches out to me to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew or his company to anyone, very professional on all our dealings, his team are also lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 on all parts from start to finish. Thanks for everything Matthew. Selling / buying homes so everyone says is tough, Matthew made everything easy !!!

An amazing experience with Neil Beglin from EweMove who sold our flat on St John’s Road. Really happy we went with this great independent company as there was absolutely no traditional estate agent’s nonsense or jargon. A very down to earth lovely man, who was always contactable, gave great updates and really fought our corner - getting us the best price in a really tough market! Will use Neil’s services for out next sale as he absolutely earned his 5 stars!!! Thanks to the rest of the team too. Great experience x

Phil Waller at EweMove Dronfield and Balborough is an incredible chap. We met Phil when we wanted advice on selling our flat and then went on to sell our home through EweMove. Our experience of estate agents in the past has generally been a disappointing one - they have come across as slick (in a not especially good way), not especially pro-active and relatively disinterested. We kind of tolerate or accept this because we think that 'they are all the same'.
Categorically, Phil is not like this. He took a personal interest in us as a couple, was eager to discuss what we wanted to achieve with the sale of our house and when we were undecided about what price to put our house on the market for, it was Phil who pushed us to go for the higher figure - 'because the house is worth it'
The whole experience was professional - the guy who took the photos was brilliant - again, Phil was present to ensure that the photos were ideal plus he produced an excellent walk through video.
The house went on the market on Wednesday, we had a number of viewings next day, with more scheduled for the Friday and Saturday. The house was sold on the Friday for £5,000 more than the offers above price.
We completed last Friday, eight weeks later. Through this time, Phil has kept on top of events liaising with solicitors and purchasers.
While the sale was going through, I ended up in hospital for a significant operation. Phil regularly messaged me to check up on me and see how I was doing. This is above and beyond anything that I have experienced from an estate agent - ever!
In summary, Phil is industrious, pro-active, clearly loves his job and is an absolutely lovely human being.

Victoria at at EweMove Lichfield has been absolutely phenomenal. After being disappointed with another agent we moved to EweMove and we sold within 2 weeks! Victoria gave us a complete personal service, giving us regular feedback, offering good advice and being very supportive. I think EweMove is the future model for estate agents. I would highly recommend EweMove and specifically Victoria when buying and selling your home.

Ewe move were the estate agents for our vendors, not for our house sale. However, we found Paul Bottomley to be far better than the state agent we were paying for. He was very informative and ready to give us advice and help.
The bottom line is that Paul was fantastic and I would highly recomend him.
