There was recently an emergency at the property I own. The tenants reported water coming through the ceiling. It was the end of the working day and everyone had left the office except Teneil (Teneil Lobb) who took the call and contacted other members of the team to find out the contact number for the plumber they use. He was successfully contacted and went straight away to the property to deal with the situation. Their quick action undoubtedly saved damage to my property and distress to my tenants. I’m very grateful for the efficiency of the team.
