We chose Fells as we had had good dealings with them in the past but what stood out this time around was that they to not rely on any junior, inexperienced staff, Their understanding of the market and Their integrity. As it was, we had to withdraw from the market for reasons not connected with the sale but we found them incredibly understanding so would of course completely recommend and will be using them again some time.

They have been solid from start to finish with the sale of our family home .
They went above and beyond to help with difficulties with our purchase through another estate agents who were not so helpful to say the least
