Friendly professional manner, Alex clearly knew the market with great local knowledge. Georgie kept us informed every step of the way and was always available by phone whenever needed. Sale completed in just over 2 months, at a good but fair price. Could not have asked for better.

We have just moved house for the first time in 30 years. We can’t recommend Find Your Eden highly enough. After months of trying to sell with another agent we moved to FYE and within a very few weeks had many viewings and two offers. All at FYE were highly professional, efficient, friendly and very responsive to all and any questions from us and from potential buyers, several of whom told us how helpful they had been. I hope we don’t need to move again (!) but if we do we will definitely use this fabulous team again.

Would 100% recommend FYE and hugely thankful for Fran and Georgie’s support throughout our house purchase. We have just completed our purchase of a beautiful apartment through Find Your Eden and I really can't say enough good things about them! I have previously bought and sold a few properties over the years with various agents and FYE are absolutely the best, they leave the competition standing! I didn't think ethical Estate Agents existed but from the initial viewing with Fran right the way through to completion - their professionalism, communication, responsiveness and support has been amazing. Fran & Georgie kept in very regular contact with us, supporting and informing us throughout the process and were genuinely caring, empathetic and determined to help us secure our dream property as we had previously had a very stressful time when our purchase (via another agent) fell through. FYE handled this difficult and complex sale of our Grade II listed building excellently from start to finish.
In a difficult market they patiently provided viewings until the ‘right’ purchaser came along.
Fran set the ball rolling with her professionalism - great photos, detailed assessment and understanding of the market.
Georgie as our chief point of contact was exceptional, providing us with constant updates.
Dealing with them made us feel like they were our friends and that is special.
If they are not already then they soon will be Liverpools number 1 estate agents.

Having initially signed up with a cheaper estate agent and having a terrible experience, we signed up with and successfully sold our home through Find Your Eden (FYE) over a period of 4 months.
Our initial consultation was with Fran who was very down to earth and friendly, but reassuringly oozed a wealth of experience. We were provided with a realistic valuation of our property in an informal, no-pressure manner and within days our home was listed on Right Move.
Georgie then took over the day-to-day management of our property listing. Despite FYE having dozens of properties on their books, every time we spoke with Georgie we felt like we were their only client. Georgie, also having lots of experience behind him, was able to guide us through all of the viewings and some tricky negotiation with our eventual buyer - keeping us calm through the quieter periods and smoothing things over when dealing with the unexpected.
Good communication is paramount when you're dealing with something as significant as your home and these guys were very responsive. They would respond to emails, phone calls and instant messages all in good time. We never once felt like we were being fobbed off because they were dealing with other clients and they called back when they said they would. Cannot fault these guys on their communication.
FYE are utmost professionals who know their stuff and are personable to boot. They earned every penny of their commission and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. An absolute breath of fresh air in the real estate industry!
