Had an 11am market appraisal appointment today. By 1pm nobody had turned up or contacted me. Attempted to call the office on numerous different telephone numbers but couldn’t get through. It’s now 1.30 pm and still no contact from them or an explanation. I won’t be using Frank Innes now and have got other estate agents to view my property. Hopefully they are more professional and will actually turn up!!

Called to ask of I could view a property and the lady on the phone said her computer had locked up and could she call me back in 20 mins. I said no problem and waited for her call. No call at all, my first contact with them and it doesn't impress me. Even if they still had problems, could they not give me a call to tell me the situation?

Nightmare experience with this office when trying to sell a house in Sutton. Told us we had a cash buyer. Only found out through solicitor that we were in a chain when on verge of exchanging contracts, leading to further three-month delay. Then they lost the keys to the house that I’d handed into their office. Claimed they’d never received them. Shocking.
