We have been a Tennant with Gallant Richardson in the same property for the last 19 years. It is with great sadness we have had to leave our home as the landlord has decided to sell. When Andy Wade the director rang to give us this sad news we could tell it upset him a great deal. In the time we have been with Gallant Richardson they have been not just the Agents but our friends from the start. In our opinion you could not find a more caring and honest Company, nothing is too much problem. We would like to say a very special thank you to Andy and all his team . Mik& Anna.

We have completed the purchase of a property through Gallant Richardson on 12th April.
Craig has been helpful throughout our journey even before we were purchasing through Gallant Richardson. He's always given us really useful and helpful advice and also went over and beyond his job role for us in January when our chain almost fell through with the property we were purchasing. Unfortunately, the estate agents who we were selling with were absent but Craig did everything in his power to help us continue the sale, and we have!
Gallant Richardson have great communications and are easy to contact as well as reliable.
Out of an 11 month journey and multiple estate agents used, Gallant Richardson have provided the best service and if we were to sell again, they would definitely be our first choice.

They have sold 3 houses for me over the last 7 years .
Always professional from the top down.
Many firms delegate down to people who are less efficient than , the original person you placed your business upon. Not here every member of staff is available , courteous and sincere.
Found they actually do as they say and often beyond.
They also meet deadlines
Excellent firm.
Wouldn't use any other.

Brilliant service! Our estate agent, Craig Tarbet, was incredible throughout our purchase, from the initial viewing to completion, can't fault the service. Much more personal and trustworthy approach than other larger estate agents. I highly recommend them and would definitely buy or sell with them again.

Been a tenant with Gallent Richardson for 11 years and i have always found the team helpful and easily to communicate with. I'm sad my tenancy ended with Gallen Richardson this year, after such a long time with them, however ild highly recommended them to friends and family.

We were renting a flat via Gallant Richardson for 2 years, they were always very easy to contact and sort out any issues at all. The process both of moving in and out was seamless. Never had any issues with property visits either, person checking the flat was always very respectful and nice. Wanted to name a few names here as well but worried I'll miss someone as honestly every time we spoke to them, they were very approachable and understanding. I think the whole team is outstanding

The agency person I was interacting with was Andy and he was very professional when I had started the process. However, the agency's behavior was extremely unprofessional on the tenant's move-in date. The agency did not transfer the deposit and advanced rent to the landlord's account and hence I could not release the keys and agency was so careless that in spite of collecting all the money from the tenant in advance, they did not transfer the funds to the landlord's account. the tenants were so upset as it was not their fault at all. The lady tenant was crying on my driveway because of this huge lapse from the agency. Not sure why the agency was keeping all the money and kept sending stupid emails saying we have your deposit in secure client account etc which is a rubbish excuse. They ruined my weekend, the tenant's weekend, and their own time and what they achieved is criticism.
I would not deal with Gallant Richardson again in near future.

Great Estate Agents very helpful with repairs during the 3 and half years with them. Great Customer Service who understood if we had any issues. All the staff acted professional and with respect to my family. The process of renting was easy with them as they use Homelet. Best in Colchester.

Sacha, (a Property Manager at Galant and Richardson), is the star of the Colchester branch! She is kind, helpful and thoughtful. From the moment you engage with her, she is willing to go the extra mile, (regardless of the query, fault or concern), all to support YOU. Ensuring you feel helped and listened to. One of the best Estate Agent experiences I've had in a long time!!

We have been using gallant and richardson to manage our rental properties for a number of years now and recently to purchase and sell property and I must say nothing is ever too much trouble, they are always very friendly but also remaining professional wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else would definitely recommend

I’ve been renting my apartment from Gallant Richardson for three years now. Throughout that time if there has been the slightest problem it has been sorted immediately.
This week my water heater stopped working and the letting agent, Sacha Allen was so helpful that it was fixed for me on the day I called. I have some health problems at the moment and I really appreciated Sacha’s friendliness and service. I was treated as a person not a number! Thankyou!

We have used both the management and sales arm of Gallant Richardson and both have provided excellent service. The management of our property was first rate. As we no longer live in the area, Gallant Richardson handled every element of our rental property however big or small the issue. When it came to sell, we received top advice around sprucing up the property, market price and the sale was handled efficiently from start to finish. We want to thank Debbie, Craig and the rest of the team for all their hard work over the past 10 years or so that they have handled our property.
