Hi Kieran/Joe & Team,
I tend to be vocal when we do not receive what we expect as a reasonable level of service.
I also want people to know that we can provide feedback when we have had a very positive customer experience. The last 2-3 days regarding moving quickly on approvals and move in for a new tenant fall into this category without question. There has not been a single minute where I felt every one of the team was doing anything short of their utmost to get things done quickly and thoroughly for both ourselves (as landlord) and also the incoming tenant.
Thanks to everyone, visible or otherwise, who has contributed to making this an extremely positive customer experience.

I consistently felt hostility during my time with certain individuals working in Garton Jones Albert Embankment. Aggressive and rude approach in general and strong focus on materialism rather than ethical and helpful communication. Extreme lack of care for cooperation and an ugly experience. For your own sake, avoid.

Excellent service re: a recent maintenance issue from Property Manager Ruth Bligh at Garton Jones. She handled things professionally and efficiently and my issue was sorted with with the minimum of fuss.

Jemma, as my property manager from Garton Jones, has been very helpful, quick and efficient in helping me to solve an issue in the flat (the AC in the master bedroom was broken). She was pretty quick in contacting and getting approval from the landlord and arranging an appointment with the contractor engineer to fix the issue.

Jemma Moore is my property manager,
i had a few issues from when i moved into my rented property, Jemma helped greatly in sorting them all in a timely manner.
i would have no issues in recommending Jemma to any friends or colleges that would be interesting in letting property off Garton Jones.
