Recently sold with greens great bar , from start to finish extremely helpful and also made the experience less stressful, Nicola & dee & Emma from the office gave us constant updates and sorted anything that needed sorting . And Paul who did the viewings was fantastic also . As a whole they are all a credit to the company . I would Highly recommend this branch if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.

Exceptional service provided by Green & Company. Everyone I have had the pleasure of interacting with thus far has been attentive, professional, and personable. Special mention to Nicola Halliburton (branch manager) who since initial contract has been a joy to deal with, always greeted with a friendly sunny demeanour, always follows up and keeps you updated as promised, always speaks kindly of other parties and demonstrates a real understanding and empathy of people’s situations … Having worked in the property/finance industry for many years I have seen and experienced every level of service out there, dealing with agents, solicitors, accountants etc… its always easy to spot the people who genuinely care about the service they provide, right from the initial interaction I instantly knew I was in good hands, and my experience and journey as a customer dealing with Nicola and Green & Co thus far has been a real pleasure. Highly recommend.

From start to finish every member of the team were, very professional in the support given. Any queries or questions were dealt with. I received regular updates. Even if I could not get through to the great barr branch there other branches would contact me and make sure my queries were dealt with. I highly recommend Greens & Company. If you are looking to sell buy or letting property.

I have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton Branch Manager and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out.
After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry.
It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. What a great team at Green & Company Estate Agents. Anytime I needed an update, there was a person to assist and chase up if required. It did take a considerable time for the lease extension to come through, but all was good in the end. The property sold at the price of the valuation.
A special shout out to Dee and Nicola, for their continued support, even at the stressful times.
Would be very pleased to recommend them.

EDIT, I would like to formerly apologise to all the staff at the Great Barr branch of Greens estate agents for being tarred by my original review. My review was based on the Greens group as a whole, as I have tried to contact a number of their offices but not the Great Barr office, I have had no direct dealings with the staff at Great Barr what so ever and this review serves no relevance to them what so ever.
I was mistaken in thinking this review page was for Greens as a whole, and failed to notice Google had taken me to my local offices page, which is indeed Great Barr
Please accept my apologies for any confusion caused, I have deleted the original review and will delete this comment as soon as I feel it has been read by the team at Great Barr.

From the 1st call Nichola has been amazing! Green and Co sold my home in 10 days because they efficiently booked several viewings in quick succession. Nichola always updates you, is always honest, open, and truthful. I can not recommend her and the team enough.
