Rude staff, witness to them talking to my family member awfully regarding renting a property. I’ve dealt with estate agents loads and recently dealt with a brilliant estate agents R&MJ which were superb and went above and beyond. Green leaf should take a note out of their book.

If I could put no stars I would , I found this service to be extremely unhelpful and colleague Amanda was extremely argumentative on the phone wouldn’t hear me out and seemed to have the interest of the landlord when I said that I wanted to move in on a certain a date that was clearly stated on my application form ( they stated they don’t look at this ) so what’s the point ! in stating this on the form , on the day of viewing the property I clearly stated the date i wanted to move in but insisted that the landlord wants us in , in one weeks time . what is happening with the state of the world in the crisis we are in , when I clearly stated my situation. I even said that I would be happy to pay my deposit today! , She again was very rude and kept talking over me avoid green leaf at all costs , lost £50 because of the landlord has thrown the toys out of the pram due to referencing that didn’t even need to be performed considering they stated they wanted me in a weeks time but my form stated end of the month
AVOID !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY , THIEVES !!! UNPROFESSIONAL,

Recently purchased a property through Greenleaf and they have been excellent throughout the whole process. From the pressure free viewing and offer process to the regular updates. They were even kind enough to let us come and measure up for furniture before moving in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with my recent house sale through Greenleaf in Rochester. Quick and simple with no pressure sales techniques. The expected sale price was spot on and the sales fees were reasonable.
Chris & Joe very on the ball and took care of a lot of chasing up with the buyer and solicitors when things weren’t moving as quickly as they could.
Would be happy to use again.
