Fantastic service. Roly and the team pulled out all the stops for what was becoming a problematic sale. I was kept up to date with any progress, and Roly and Howard went more than the extra mile with their help and support. Friendly, courteous, highly professional service - if you're selling in Hinchley Wood or the surrounding areas there is absolutely no need to look elsewhere. From the outset, Roly provided an accurate guide price for our property and a sensible commission rate (without having to haggle). The marketing was very professional and we were happy with the price achieved. When getting the chain in place inevitably proved more complicated and took longer than we would have liked, Roly and Howard were always available for updates, advice and reassurance.
