Please don’t waste your time contacting them. Group of my friends lost around 300 pounds and one of my friend lost 100 pounds as holding deposit. The worst part is even if you pay and do all referencing arranging documents still they WON’T give you accommodation. Personally I have viewed 5 rooms with them. Every time they make excuses after wasting our time and effort. And they never respond back. After ringing them many times they would say ‘Unfortunately it’s not available’. And for my last viewing I have send all my guarantor details and they never responded. After ringing them many times they said ‘I have to pay advance rent of 12 months, or else I won’t get the accommodation’. I mean what the heck!!! So please do not waste your time..... Read more
