Anyone looking for an estate agent for the purpose of selling buying, letting or property management look no further than Handles Property. I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional. I fully recommend them and this company.

We recently rented a flat through Handles for 2 years and they were always great and very efficient! Anytime we had an issue it was easy to log the problem on their website and they would have someone out asap to get it fixed. We couldn’t fault them with anything from the start to the very end! Daniel in particular was extremely helpful with us and is a real asset to Handles team!

We rented a property in Leamington Spa through Handles. There were a number of issues with the flat that needed attention and the involvement of the rental team. Despite reporting these issues and chasing the team, almost nothing had been resolved 3 months of being in residency. Finally, Mark Wadsworth, a senior member of the management team, took over our file and gave us a fantastic personal service resulting in all the issues being sorted out quickly and efficiently. Mark was patient and understanding and genuinely wanting to see the problems solved and us, as tenants, happy. Thank you Mark once again.

We just had a view of a rental property in Kenilworth through Handles this afternoon. The attitude of the agent in the whole viewing is perfunctory. She just wants if we have any enquiries, ask and deal with the landlord directly. Then, what is the position/ function of an agent to be?
The most weird thing is, they listed this clause in the property description:
“We have tried to ensure these details are correct. Handles Property accept no liability should there be any errors and you should seek further clarification should you so wish.”
We do not believe they could follow our case properly.

I had an overall pleasant experience with Handles Property. The tennancy was arranged wery quickly, the property was well-maintained. Communication was fast and very friendly. I am very grateful for Marc Martin's and Chardonnay Bentley's support, they made the experience with the agency great.
The only two issues I had were more landlord-connected. Firstly, I couldn't access my meters by myself and had to ask the agency to read them, as the landlord doesn't want tennants to have access to the basement. Secondly, the fees for the contract change are not very clear, £50 is stated but "depends on the situation". Would be nice to have these fees stated for a better understanding. Hope these two issues won't taint the review as overall the experience was very nice, and everything that was dependant on the agency only was perfect.
