Having relocated from overseas, our situation was not straight-forward, but they supported negotiations and resolving some administrative hurdles so we could move in quickly. As tenants, the property management team has been really impressive. Communication is excellent and any issues have been dealt with very quickly. They clearly have a strong network of quality tradespeople to maintain the properties they manage. Excellent service. All phone calls and emails were promptly responded to. I was greeted by name each time I telephoned, recognising my number, making me feel confident and looked after. I was given sound advice on the condition and appearance the property should be in for both the photography and viewings. I was emailed and texted each time a viewing was arranged, notified which team member would be there and the name of the viewer. I was also debriefed two days later and the feedback was very useful. The entire process went very smoothly and took just two months from accepting the offer to exchange.(Completion was 10 days later at my request) I was updated with progress throughout the process and Harvey & Wheeler guided me through and liaised frequently with my solicitor, leaving me very little to do myself. I couldn't recommend Harvey Wheeler and Wesley more. We had a considerable amount of extras that we needed due to the disability of our daughter. Wesley listened and suggested properties that actually made sense and thought out of the box all the way.
