The whole process of finding a new flat was made extraordinary by Yasin, Sorcha, and Oscar. It was clear right away that they were professional, patient, and courteous. Yasin, in particular, spared no effort in making sure everything went well. Before recommending any properties, he made sure he fully grasped my wants and requirements. Truly impressive, he went to extraordinary lengths—including driving to my place of work—to hand over the keys, greatly simplifying the procedure for me. Because Sorcha was so committed and thorough in her responses to my many inquiries, the entire process ran well. She kept me updated and involved throughout the process with her courteous and quick email replies, which I greatly enjoyed. Throughout the property viewing, Oscar's pleasant demeanour and helpful advice placed me at ease. As far as trustworthy agents who put their clients' needs first, I can't speak highly enough about Yasin, Sorcha, and Oscar.
