Once we had decided to put our property on the sales market, we had meetings with the local estate agent companies. When we first met Kristy and she viewed the property we were instantly sold. Kirsty was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, we felt very assured. Enter the Truss debacle that crashed every hope of a quick sale. However between Kirsty and Grace they maintained focus and continued showing many clients the property, we had offers but they were now caught in the economic slump and souring interest rates. Grace and Kirsty kept both of us positive and then found a couple who were in a great position to purchase. Grace managed and handled the sale process expertly. We cannot praise, Grace, Kirsty and Hewitt Adams enough for their help, assistance and professionalism. An excellent team, whose efforts have been much appreciated. We would highly recommend them anyone thinking of selling or buying.

We are so pleased that, despite plenty of other local agents vying to market my Mum's property, we opted for Hewitt Adams. We felt that they provided the most personal service and really understood our situation. Plus, they demonstrated that they had recent experience of successfully selling similar properties in the immediate area. Have found to be the staff at H A, Neston excellent in my numerous dealings with them during the last few months leading to exchange /completion. In particular K and G (not sure if it's acceptable to give full names in a review!) have proved to be very efficient in all of our communications. And none of the "You're twenty third in the queue" nonsense!!
