Hands down worst company I have ever come across in any sector. They never reply to emails when i raise issues. If only they put as much effort into offering a good service as they do in harassing and extorting their clients. An absolute con of a company. Absolutely garbage service and awful company. Never replied to emails/calls or sorted out any issues, despite sky high fees. The whole block of flats felt the same so we collectively decided to move management companies - despite the cost. Stay well clear.... Read more

It would be nice to be honest with client but sadly not with houston Lawrence and nick cophlan, when I viewed the property he promised to call me back after more than 20 times every times I have been told he is busy with client but finally when I manage to talk to him he said I was away and this property already gon under offer. Chris Jago came to visit our shop to evaluate it, took some notes and ask to email them the plans. Then didn’t pick up his phone, didn’t return emails nor did he respond to 2 messages left with his colleague. If a senior person running the firm lacks the basic courtesy and decency then I wouldn’t expect much from the rest…as they say fish always rots from the head.... Read more

Avoid!!! They’re quite unprofessional and rude, I offered the asking price on a commercial property they’re advertising, they came back to me and asked for more money!
