My experience isn't alright at all, first have the agent introduce a handy man came in group of 3, while I talked with one the others are damaging the thing inside the flat... well. They asked me to put down £2k for deposit but then play nasty, although it says cash buy but somehow I arrange the mortgage to have surveyor comes, and Jamie refuse to let them do the survey! No matter you are buyer or seller, avoid this agency as possible

Hutton and Partners was a really great experience in house purchasing. At the beginning they quickly organised second viewings, they kept lines of communication open throughout the process and had constant communication with solicitors which kept the process moving. I couldn’t recommend them more

We had never sold a house before, so we really appreciated how friendly, responsive, and attentive Elise was the entire time. She absolutely nailed the viewings and we had multiple offers within weeks.
The difference in Hutton's efficiency was very noticeable whenever Elise was out of office or not directly assigned to a task, so I'm certain we wouldn't have sold the house so smoothly without her. Absolute star agent who is always on point. Highly recommend her both as an agent and as a human :)

Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars due to the nightmarish experience with the sellers' solicitors throughout the entire process. Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange.
On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.

Hutton&parners are the most professional estate agents I dealt with. They rented my place in Battersea Square in 2 weeks- with good tenants.
