Suzy Garrett was an absolute delight to work with. She is knowledgeable and kind. An absolutely pro! She was the quickest out of any of the agents we dealt with to get a showing of the property. We wanted to move in quickly and she was extremely flexible about making it happen. I’ve worked with at least 9 real estate agents & property managers over 3 countries (USA, Japan, & UK) and she’s my favorite.

Deb was punctual and thoroughly considerate and professional throughout the visit. So it was due for inspection of the flat that I am renting. The inspection was pretty straightforward. Deb Wheeler, the letting agent, was really nice and friendly. I mentioned to her my concerns and kept record on it to be reported to the landlord. Hopefully the issues will be addressed.

Sharna Joseph has been great in being proactive in obtaining quotes for some work that needs to be done at our property. We were impressed that she was not satisfied with the first quote received and immediately set about obtaining another one. She has both the tenants and the landlords well-being firmly on her radar.

I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in 25 years renting across the world. 7 years in the same house. Paying each month. Maintaining the house. They wanted to increase 26% the rent. We said it was too much to have a conversation. They send us notice to leave while repairs were on hold for over a year…
They came to talk to us to “mediate” between us and landlords but they did nothing to protect us and our little ones but only do what landlords requested even though it was unmoral (like delaying our deposit and refuse to pay the bill for a pest control issue due to the foundations of the house).
Luckily the Deposit protection exists for a reason. And they had to return our deposit.
Last… they claimed us stuff that they own builder did…
Again… I’ve never felt as insulted in my life…
