I recently sold my flat in SW17 via Holleigh and Xander at John D Wood, Clapham. As an overseas seller (I emigrated to Australia many years ago) and with there being tenants in the property who understandably weren't happy that the property was being sold mid-tenancy, there were several hurdles to overcome. I can't recommend more highly the John D Wood team, who were incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. Second time I have used JDW lettings for a tenancy of my flat. Ben and Simon took care of everything. They have always provided excellent service, they are readily available, professional and have a fantastic customer service attitude. They take the pain out of being a landlord in London.
