Katie Fox handled the sale of the house I just bought, and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic. We dealt mainly with Emma, who remarkably managed to help keep us sane throughout the process that was plagued by delays outside our control.
Communication was excellent throughout, and Emma was particularly good at chasing the various solicitors and other parties to help move the process along. I honestly felt Emma might have helped take weeks off the process, and would highly recommend Katie Fox to anyone selling or buying.

We sold our flat through Katie Fox...throughout the whole process they were excellent...setting up a whatsapp group and keeping us informed with weekly updates and an increased cadence as we neared completion. There were some challenges with our sale and hence our forward purchase, and Katie Fox went above and beyond contacting other agents in the chain when required. My recommendation could not be higher.

We recently bought a house with Katie Fox and we can't recommend them highly enough. As is often the case with home buying there were plenty of hiccups and spanners in the works, all due to other buyers in the chain and their solicitors. However, during these problems and setbacks; Emma kept in contact with all parties, chased solicitors, and generally coordinated resolutions where she could, all whilst keeping us regularly updated on the progress. I can honestly say that her involvement made a difficult move as painless as it possibly could have been, so they get a full 5 stars from us! Thanks again guys!

As a photographer the photo quality was important to us and we really liked the light and airy professional look to all their property images.
