Went today for an ultrasound heart scan which was undertaken by a very nice young lady who was both very friendly, professional and polite.As a bonus I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time.If you live in east Leeds how much easier it is to go for such a scan to Seacroft than LGI.Pity more services aren't based here.... Just took my 85 year old mother there today as an outpatient for a x-ray. She has dementia and all the staff were absolutely fantastic with her, so much kindness and understanding for her , I can't appreciate them enough. Thank you.... Read more

Absolutely amazing staff, I was seen really quickly for my ultrasound appointment and had also been referred for a walk in x-ray at another hospital but the fantastic lady on reception (wish I’d have got her name, maybe Linda?) managed to get me fit in while I was there and was seen within 15 minutes. All the staff I had contact with were so kind and friendly, even the security guy that told me where the x-ray department was when I had no idea where I was going was great. Lots of car parks but could do with sign posting for which ones are close to each department as it was just a guess and ended up having to walk to the other side of the site. Shame it’s not free, paid £2.30 for 2 hours and was only there an hour. Really confusing building to get around but again staff are so helpful with this. Was annoyed my appointment had been made here as it’s not my most local but the treatment I received more than made up for it, how often can you say you enjoyed a hospital appointment?... Read more

I have been coming to seacroft hospital for a number of years. My visits started for the N ward which is for outpatients appointments who deal with MS. Never had issues with parking or the staff all are very friendly , polite and very professional. And then recently I starting going to the prosthetic department as I had a above knee amputation last year and now go for my weekly physio session here. Again all the staff are very friendly and professional. Parking for the disabled was a huge problem for a while until they started building some more which has made a huge difference now.... I wasn't expecting to be asked to come for tests after having my routine mammogram and was more than nervous to attend my appointment at Seacroft hospital. Everyone was absolutely amazing, the treatment, although painful was quickly and professionally carried out with the friendliest of staff. Thank you to everyone who made me feel at ease during my treatment. Somehow coming to a small dedicated clinic was less distressing .... Read more

No one wants to go to hospitals but at least this one is nice, clean and easy to get to. Xray walk in for me. Came nice and early sonics quite and Lynne on reception was so helpful and lovely.... Read more
