It's not probably heard of, submitting a review without an actual outcome. But I needed to mention this about a gentleman called Haydar from KFH Estate Agent, Finchley branch who was so committed to finding my family and I a rented accommodation. He was extremely dedicated. The fact that he did find two beautiful properties to rent. We decided that the location wouldn't be suitable due the proximity of where our son's school is. Nevertheless, He was so determined. Although in the end, we ended up renting through another estate agent in the area we required. Haydar even called to check if everything was ok with the decision we made and to offer his services if/when required in the future! Now that's what you call "Customer Service" at its best! Thank you Haydar. You are highly recommended from me!

Shantay was magnificent throughout the whole sales process. Guiding and pushing me, the buyer and both sets of solicitors throughout the journey in always a professional and timely manner. I had quite a difficult and drawn out sale due to shared ownership issues but I always felt reassured with Shantay that the deal would get done. I could contact her anytime and no request or worry of mine was too small for her
I will definitely be using KFH and Shantay again for any future buys/sales and couldn't recommend them enough especially when it comes to shared ownership sales
