Our recent experience of Lathams has been their laissez-faire attitude. When given a task to follow up there was no enthusiasm from the team to problem solve. Also unreasonable requests made in spite of knowing the difficulties. Left feeling very let down.

Latham Estates were the estate agent marketing our new home. Although their real client was the vendor, we felt that we were valued and looked after as if we were their client too. The team – and Holly in particular – were communicative and kept us informed throughout the process. They were a pleasure to deal with.
We’d have no hesitation in going to them if we ever decide to sell (although we’ve vowed that won’t be any time soon!) ??????????

I turned to Latham Estates after trying to sell my house using one of the free online estate agents. Latham Estates did a fantastic job and it does go to show that you get what you pay for. Sarah and the rest of the team there kept in contact all the way through the sale and made it go through as smoothly as possible. They were always there to answer any questions or queries along the way.
I would highly recommend Latham Estates and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Watch out for discriminatary selling practices from this agent. Arranged a viewing on a house that had just come to market and was told the first viewings where taking place on a Wednesday. Agent informed me two days before the viewing that it had been sold to another buyer who viewed at the weekend just gone. I am registered with this agent buy apparently they have a process of favouring some buyers over others.

They are friendly and helpful, kind and understanding.
They treat you like a human being and not like a number.
They don’t intimidate or judge you and are very fair and caring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Lathams in the future.

From our first meeting with Debra we were impressed with the level of detailed preparation she had undertaken to price the property accurately. The care and personal attention of the whole team was excellent throughout and we were kept informed every step of the way with nothing ever being too much trouble.
48 days from offer acceptance to sale completion is a fantastic result and testament to the fine work of all at Latham estates. A big thankyou from the both of us.
