Having purchased two apartments through Lettings2Sales some years ago, we have found the staff to be beyond superb. The whole process of purchase was stress free and dealt with in a completely professional manner. Initially they furnished the properties for us and made ready for letting. Since they have managed the properties for us perfectly, and have ensured that they have been occupied throughout. Where maintenance has been required they have dealt with the issues efficiently to ensure that our tenants have been completely satisfied. I recently moved out of a property due to a change in personal circumstances. From the very start of the process (e.g. viewing, singing contracts), to arranging the repairs whilst living at the property, right to the very end of the contract (e.g. deposit return), everything was seamless and swift. Hannah and Sue were always so friendly and happy to help, dealt with issues quickly and nothing was too difficult for them. Thank you for a professional, yet friendly service from start to finish - would highly recommend!

Excellent letting agents, a far cry from our previous letting agents who were terrible and didn't care at all about the property or tenants.
Sue and Hannah responded immediately to any issues with the property such as boiler issues and maintenance.
The apartment was very well taken care off and we enjoyed living there immensely.

After months of having my time wasted by what was apparently a leading estate agent in Cardiff, along came Mike Taylor from lettings2sales who sold my property within a week! Mike was competent, efficient, helpful and friendly every step of the way! His assistant Sue couldn’t do enough to help and support us after what had been such a stressful time with the previous agents. I cannot recommend lettings2sales highly enough! Definitely recommend! I have been a tenant for 5+ years and lettings2sales have always been quick to resolve any maintenance issues.
I am leaving this review due to the fantasic service I received yesterday.
My heating had not been working for about 24 hours. I emailed letting2sales and within 45 minutes of my email a contractor had arrived. He was understanding and luckily had the necessary part to carry out the repair with him! My heating was working again within 30 minutes. I was really grateful for how quickly this repair was carried out.
