My Experience with Calli was great, she was my agent and she supported me from the start till the end of the journey. She is always been very professional, kind and emphatic, I could not have asked for better. As a first time buyer I was scared but she showed me house that were very close to what I was looking for and in my budget and in the first view I actually pick one of the house she showed me. If in the future I’ll need to buy or sell I will definitely contact her! very recommended, and thanks to Calli to help me find the flat of my dreams

I just sold my property and purchased a new one through Madison Brook. My highlight has definitely been working with Danielle Ashford-Quaye from the Docklands office, she made both processes really smooth and her communication was excellent, she was always available and made sure every detail was followed through.

My wife and I are very pleased with our decision to use Madison Brook to rent and manage our newly purchased flat in the Docklands. Immediately after signing the contract, the office manager, Joshuah Eagle, took a quick pre-rental video of the flat and sent it directly to prospective tenants who were apparently already waiting. The flat was let almost immediately.
We live abroad and are happy that the local team is always available for the tenants and can deal with repairs and other problems in the flat and with the utility companies directly and efficiently. Our special thanks go to Sherry Jones as our senior property manager.
We particularly like the speed and professionalism with which any problems that arise are dealt with and resolved. It's an advantage that MB is a larger company with a corresponding reach. The employees are always very approachable and helpful. If a contact person is on holiday, a colleague immediately takes over an open issue and deals with it.
The accounting department and their book-keeping system also deserve high praise. Clear and transparent monthly statements of rent and costs probably make the upcoming tax returns particularly easy for us.
We can therefore warmly recommend Madison Brook.

I went one hour way for viewing and no one show up no one even told me anything that they cancelled when I try to reach them no one even replied so it was the worst experience in London

The team at Madison Brook recently helped me in the purchase of my first home, if I was to describe the service in one word it would be professional.
I was aided by Becky Lucas, Micheal Vaughan & Stuart Bunce - an incredibly efficient, welcoming and helpful group. I always felt I was able to contact them with any random question or information requests and they'd be so helpful and always respond very quickly. They were also very proactive in helping me push the sale along in ways my own solicitors weren't, by providing things like daily update emails or calls, which I found very surprising and reassuring. I'm incredibly grateful and appreciative of their hard work as this was a journey full of unknowns for me.
Based off my own experience I can confidently say that if you work with Madison Brook on a purchase, you won't regret your choice!

I have been in the UK for four years and have dealt with many rental agencies. I have also met many people who are irresponsible and only think about money. But MB they are definitely not! Highly recommended and I will use again!
