My husband and I recently worked with Matt Chandler and Mansell McTaggart Estate Agents East Grinstead, for a property purchase. From the outset Matt was amazing to work with, always punctual for appointments, getting back to us on numerous emails literally within minutes, helping us to complete negotiations with the seller and never (and this is important) placing his own opinion of our bids in the way, or blocking it from reaching the seller. Matt was the bridge that helped bring the deal together. I also worked with some of his coworkers and you could feel a great team atmosphere in the office. We would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get a house purchased in this incredibly competitive market. Jack and the entire team at Mansell McTaggart East Grinstead are a highly professional and helpful estate agent with lots of experience which will make the process of selling and purchasing a property a breeze. The marketing done when selling the property is very professional with high quality photos which really sell the property. Our point of contact, Jack, was so helpful and reassuring through the process always helping to chase any issues. Buying and selling a property is never straight forward but the team at East Grinstead made the process so much better, highly recommend and will be using in the future!
