We have been really pleased with the service we received from Jo, Anise and team. Jo gave us good tips on how to present our home better and Anise kept us informed along the way.
Having been with another local agent for over a year, we managed to get an offer in a few weeks and completion within 18 weeks of going on the market.

Where do I begin - we have been buying a house through Mansell McTaggart Storrington and Anise and Jo have gone above and beyond what we expected! They have been so efficient and have continually kept us updated with the progress of the sale. They are so approachable and friendly, they have made our purchase a pleasure! Just a shame our estate agents were nothing like them.

We wholeheartedly recommend Mansell McTaggart, Storrington. Joanna, in particular, was incredibly professional and helpful with buying our property. Initially we were drawn by the excellent virtual showround. Comparing it to other videos whilst trawling around properties on the market, we realised how much more information we gained from these professionally shot films.The agents who met us in person were also professional, knowledgeable about the house and generous with their time. Once we'd made an offer Joanna really became our point of contact. She answered queries quickly and liaised efficiently between the seller, us and our solicitor. We were kept informed but not bombarded and the whole process was so much smoother due to her input. This was in stark contrast to the experience we had with the agents who sold our property. Layla, Paul and Declan are an amazing team. Always on it, always happy to answer questions, and have had a huge impact on moving my conveyancing process through much quicker. They are all lovely people and I have appreciated them through this very stressful process.
