If there was minus 5 stars, I would have chosen it. The worst experience in my life with an agency really. I have just recently had surgery, and still did my best to show up early for the scheduled viewing. However, no one showed up, and it's completely unprofessional. They did not even call, or send an email to say they cannot attend. Very disrespectful. I recommend this to no one at all. Horrendous experience. No respect for others.

I had dealt with many agents locally and they were - frankly - a nightmare. Clem from M & P was professional, charming, reassuring, positive and radiated a can-do attitude throughout the whole process. Having successfully let my flat with M&P when the previous tenants gave notice, I decided to sell. Amrita and the team at Brook Green really went over and above to make the process successful, liaising sensitively with my tenants while they were still living there and then smoothing the sales process at every step. Highly recommended.

Amazed by the level of unprofessionalism by this agent. I had a sales viewing at 2pm on Sat. I called at 1:50 pm - 10 mins. before - informing I maybe 7-10 mins. behind (which I was not, and arrived on time). The agent, Parmas, called me back at 1:57pm and informed that she has decided not bother turning up at the property at all! Her reason being she had an epiphany that I won't come. 2hr.+ time and effort wasted. Never have I come across of such appaling disrespectful way buyers are dealt with!
