My wife and I were at the beginning of our journey to downsize. Now that the kids have all gone, we wanted to pick the brains of a local estate agent. We could not have done any better than choose Martin and Co in Bedford. Their sales negotiator Lorraine was an absolute joy. Friendly, informative and very matter of fact, which is exactly what we needed. With Lorraine’s help we saw several properties and found our dream house on a new development in Biddenham. As a first-time landlord, Martin & Co Bedford made the whole process incredibly smooth. From finding a tenant to sorting out all the paperwork and regulations, they went above and beyond. The owner who assisted me was fantastic, making everything seem easy. I'll definitely be using them again when I sell my residential property later this year. Highly, highly recommend!

Brilliant company! When looking for a house in the Bedford area we found one throw Martin and co. After finding the property we got in contact with them and dealt with Sean Connolly who was great he made the process of buying a house super easy to do and deal with. In all I would highly recommend them to people buying or selling there property’s and valuations.????

I found that Lorraine has had 20 years of experience in her field.
I contacted her at Martin &co to look at a property which was quite new to me, I found that she was very professional in her manner and also knew the area where I wanted to buy my first property.
I’m so happy that Lorraine came my way, she was very confident and knew her job inside out.
I’m seriously thinking about the possibility of buying in my chosen area.

I currently rent a property through Martin & Co and had recently have been in touch regarding new carpets being fitted. We had a swift and detailed response from Cara Beckford. She was extremely polite throughout the process and made sure to keep us posted in regards to communication from the landlord. There was never any sign of reluctantly around proposing this to the Landlord, which is usually something other estate agents would do. We have since had an visit from the Landlord and have come to an agreement. I fed this back to the Landlord also, but wanted to highlight how much of an asset Cara is to your company and we are extremely grateful with the service she provided. 5*!
