Had a very bad experience with Sheriaz Gulzar. He offered a viewing on a Saturday morning just to tell me 2 hours before that it'd be cancelled. I mentioned that I had a dog and he said there would probably be no issues. He then offered a second viewing. After that, I made an offer (above asking price) which wasn't responded. I called MG where I was told by someone else that they hadn't received confirmation of anything from the landlady. Sheriaz never contacted me to give me any updates on the offer. When I wrote to him 2 weeks later, he told me that it had been rejected. You'd expect someone to let you know that if you've made an offer. In addition, apparently the issue was the dog which he said there'd probably be no issues to start with. So overall, extremely bad communication and a waste of my time.

We initially got another property through another agent which unfortunately fell through the day before moving in.
I called in and spoke with Sheriaz who booked me in for a viewing and secured the property on the same day!
