When things go well, they’re absolutely amazing. But when things go wrong, they think for themselves first and not their tenants.
We have a severe mould issue in our BEDROOM for 7 weeks now… problem still not solved, we still live here… you would’ve thought out of all, they should know better than anyone how living in a mouldy room will affect your health, but no, they’re too busy playing finger-pointing game with the building management.
Shouldn’t getting the tenants out of the harmful environment the first priority?
Would NOT recommend to anyone. Such a terrible experience.

First of all, I appreciate your nice service in the beginning when we moved in.
But, after moved in 6months, this is our flat BEDROOM looks like now,, the leaking/mould condition is getting worse EVERYDAY, it’s been around 7 weeks since we reported this to Metro Village property management team. We understand the team need time to investigate, so we wait and keep communicating with you via emails. But 7 weeks passed, NO ONE from your agecy ever visited our property, even we keep updating you the mould issue was getting serious, and our health conditions also got some impact, like heavy breathing, dizzy and weakened immune system. So, what we experienced so far is not decent at all, please anyone from Metro Village take this seriously, and give us a proper feedback and solution, don’t just throw the ball between each other.

Had the absolute pleasure and delight dealing with Lino recently. I found him very helpful, honest, trustworthy and to harbour a genuine need for putting his clients first whilst ensuring no pressure.
Furthermore, he was incredibly accommodating with my busy work schedule which tends to be unpredictable.
Having dealt with bigger, more aggressive estate agents many years ago, I can confidently say Lino and Metro Village are miles ahead and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for properties.
