I dealt with Michael Hardy regarding the sale of my Dad's house after he had to go into care. They were fantastic & produced a lovely brochure with great photos. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Ricky Wootton was very friendly & put my mind at ease. His enthusiasm was exceptional. Following an unexpected leak at the property Neal Mackenzie took over & put us in touch with a building company that fixed all the damage & restored the house to its former glory. I am very grateful to Neal for his prompt help.
I am impressed with Michael Hardy's service & would definitely go to them again.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael Hardy.
Moving out of our current property has been nothing but a nightmare with Chancellors, yet moving in with Michael Hardy has been a breeze.
The team here is so much more helpful than any estate agents I've dealt with prior.

Moving house isn’t an easy process at any time, but this time we were in the very competent hands of Michael Hardy.
Everything throughout the entire process has been made easy by their professionalism.
In particular Daniel Macdonald who helped us with viewings of our new home with great kindness and also Caroline Wilson whose patience, efficiency and understanding steered us through all of the admin processes.

The UK process of buying and selling homes is far from ideal and that is why it's imperative that you start out with choosing a highly professional and exceptionally competent estate agent and solicitor. I would highly recommend Michael Hardy in Wokingham. In our experience the team were professional and proficient from start to finish. Such was their proficiency they became the go to for other agents and solicitors in our chain, as they navigated us successfully to completion. We had a great experience with Michael Hardy Wokingham in finding and renting our new property. Daniel showed us round and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions and not putting unnecessary pressure on us to put offers in etc as some other agents from other companies did! Caroline was excellent at setting up our tenancy, communicating throughout the referencing process and answering my many questions as fast as you could ask for! Excellent and professional work from Helen Gibbons in the lettings department. Warm and friendly, within days Helen had arranged two block viewings and had 7 offers on my flat including 2 over the asking price. She then took the time to patiently go through each in detail with me so we could choose the most suitable one. Helen had conducted all the viewings in person so was able to give a real insight into the applicants. Very highly recommended!
