From initial contact through to exchange & completion, we were kept up to date the whole way through.
As first time buyers, it's all incredibly overwhelming and Matt explained everything to us thoroughly so that we knew exactly what was happening at each stage.
All emails were responded to in a timely manner and it was such a seamless process.

We wish we could give Michael Usher more than 5*, as they've has been an absolute God send throughout the process of getting on the property ladder. The whole team has been superb, but particularly our advisor, Joanne who's been truly outstanding; guiding us through the maze that is house buying! Joanne was always available to promptly answer any queries without judgement and her knowledge & expertise just made our experience so seamless. We genuinely couldn't have done it without her; she's a credit to the team! We can highly recommend Michael Usher and will certainly be returning to use their services again in the future.

Have worked with Andrew for both my mortgages now. My initial first mortgage and then my re mortgage recently. I can only say i have received the best service and advice from Andrew and his team who have helped to make the whole process happen as simply as possible. He kept in regular contact with me and i knew what was happening week to week. I couldn’t recommend Michael Usher Mortgage Services more if I tried! Sam handled our case promptly and lead us through the stages with ease when buying our first home. As first time buyers it’s an unknown world when buying your first home but Sam helped us every step of the way, with late night emails and chasing jobs up we didn’t even know needed chasing! We managed to complete on our property in just under 3 months. Natalie also helped whilst Sam was away so we always had someone to talk to if we needed. A day never went by without an answer to any of our ‘silly’ questions and always honest advice throughout.
