Excellent! They where the first estate who took me seriously as I'm disabled and not able to work. They worked with me to find a flat and it really felt like they were on my side which, in my experience, isn't the usual attitude of estate agents. Extremely friendly and approachable. Molica Franklin have been managing my flat in Littlehampton fkr many years now and I'm a really happy landlord. They keep me updated and informed with what is going on at my property.
