Very pleased with all crews involved. All were professional and friendly. They all cleaned up after them selves, and didn't have endless breaks for coffee/tea. Did a fantastic job knocking down walls and fitting the steel beam, plastering and decorating. Plumbing and gas/electrics all done to the same high standard. Matty was always able to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend. A very big thank you to Sam.

Sam is the Guru of HMO'S, had such a knowledgeable and informative few days on his HMO mastery course that has given me a strategy that is highly lucrative and rewarding. His Presentation was simply outstanding and very engaging. I would highly Recommend anyone looking to get in to educating themselves in property investment is to speak to Sam first.

Had an amazing weekend on the HMO mastery course with Watts & Co. Sam is extremely knowledgeable in all things HMO and gives so much practical advice. There’s so much to learn when investing in HMO and I would highly recommended anyone who is thinking about it to educate themselves with Sam first!

Due to unfortunate reasons, I had to move out of the property. But living there for the past 16 months has been the most pleasant experience I've had.
If you are looking for an honest, kind, patient considerate and understanding lettings agency Watts and Co are perfect for you!!!!
Watts and Co has been the best lettings agency I've dealt with so far, as I've dealt with plenty in my student years and having to move house every year. I've yet to meet an agency so pleasant and honest throughout the whole tenancy agreement.
A special thanks to Sam my landlord, Frankie, Alex and Chris for making my first time living alone so smooth and pleasant, you've all been great keep up the great work that you do.

Do not rent with this company. They took over from our previous landlord. The only way we could get in touch with anyone in the business was to go through “rent payment” option. Upon which they would happily pick up the phone. We have not been tenants with them for over a year now and are still having issues. Finally… on the day I handed over our property’s keys they left me waiting outside the office for 45mins. Once again. To get in touch with someone in the office, had to go through payment section.
Ignore the five star reviews from “people” who have only ever posted 1 review below.
I hope in the future you sort out your communication and from reading reviews your properties.

Exceptional service from Jenna helping us sell a rental property. Nothing was too much trouble for Jenna, she kept us up to date throughout the process, replying to queries even out of work hours and offered assistance and advice with all the paperwork and queries came in from the buyer’s solicitor. Highly recommended, Thanks again ????
