My experience with oaks has been amazing.
Although they initially did my valuation i went with Annother estate agent which a friend had recommended which was a bad decision.
However James kept in touch,once out of contract I moved over to Oaks.
Michael and sol came to view the house and asked questions.
Viewings started relatively quickly and frequently. I received an offer not too long after.
Michael held my solicitors to task.
He frequently emailed them and kept me constantly updated.The whole process moved swiftly without any issues.
I would recommend oaks ,it was been a fantastic stress free experience selling my house with them
All in the month of my birthday !

We unfortunately had some issues at the flat we are renting. The management team and especially Samyul helped resolved this as soon as possible and contacted the contractors. The team seems to have a good relationship with the landlord so it was easy to organise the works that were needed. Samyul went above and beyond to respond to us, even outside of working hours and on bank holiday.

James and the Oaks team in Streatham sold my flat last year. James did a great job in chasing further up the chain and finding out what the actual situation was with the house we were buying. Having now purchased another property and realised that this isn't always the case with estate agents, it's clear James really did go above and beyond to try and ensure we had a clear picture of the situation at the top of the chain. We are grateful to James, Michael and the Oaks team for their support and would recommend.

They were great at finding tenants for my 3 bed flat rather quick but within a few days I started having problems with my tenants.
The help I had from the manager in letting in particular was very poor and eventually just ignored my calls and my only point of contact was the general reception.
I was told misinformed information about how eviction works too.
The later team that took over at mid 2023 was pleasant and better to deal with but the letting team at start of 2022 was not good at all and I could not recommend them.

Highly recommend , simply because the team are very respectful and caring .. costumer service on point ! I was quite nervous and stressed as we all know renting properties can be very frustrating sometimes , however oaks , specially ‘ RAYAAN HAFEEZ‘ made it less stressful .

Gabriel is the most DISHONEST, UNWELCOMING, NASTY person!
He will not pay you the money you are owed.

Terrible experience as first time buyers, hounded daily to try to rush the transaction through and get their fee, along with frequent miscommunications and mistakes. Emailed to give feedback (and to let them know that the board still reading "for sale" was still up outside the house) and wasn't even dignified with a response. 0/10 would not recommend

Just when I was about to admit defeat in my house hunt, Will Johnson from the Streatham branch helped me to find a gem of a property and although the process was not straightforward due to multiple factors, I was really appreciative of the support I got through the whole process. I was connected with all the professionals I needed and provided with assurance throughout each of the stages of buying to ensure that I was in the best position as a buyer. Really recommend Oaks for your house buying, I have had a fantastic experience and felt supported every step of the way.
